Passionfroot Raises $15M for B2B Creator Marketing
The New York and Berlin company is building campaign software for technology marketers, with creator discovery, contracting, execution and payments in one system.

The company announced the round on July 22 in a release distributed by PR Newswire. It did not disclose a valuation.
Founded in 2022 by Jen Phan and Lorenzo De Nobili, Passionfroot sells campaign software to B2B technology companies. Its platform covers creator discovery, contracts, campaign management, performance tracking and global payments. The company’s website shows its Zest AI agent preparing strategies, creator recommendations, briefs and outreach proposals, with marketers reviewing messages before they are sent. Zest also surfaces follow-ups and missed deadlines inside an action center.
That approval step matters because Passionfroot’s announcement describes Zest as running campaigns from brief to payment. The public product pages support a broad workflow role. They do not establish that the agent autonomously controls campaign decisions or improves performance. Passionfroot says Zest uses its Creator Graph, a proprietary dataset assembled from pricing and performance information across thousands of campaigns, and its Wallet handles creator payouts.
Passionfroot said it will use the round to extend the work Zest can handle, deepen the Creator Graph and expand its U.S. go-to-market operation. Phan, the company’s co-founder and CEO, is relocating to New York to lead that expansion. Product and engineering will remain based in Berlin, while a planned São Paulo office will house customer-success and engineering staff. The company did not give an opening date for the third office.
The announcement also says Passionfroot grew revenue 13-fold in the past year, remained profitable with a 15-person team, and works with more than 150 B2B brands and thousands of creators. Those figures come from the company and were not accompanied by financial statements or a disclosed methodology.
The financing sits beside acquisition activity elsewhere in creator marketing. Accenture agreed in June to buy Whalar’s creator and social agency, and Podean acquired TikTok Shop specialist Social Commerce Club in July. Passionfroot adds a different form of capital: venture funding for workflow software aimed specifically at B2B technology marketers.
