GigaStar said on 2 September that GigaStar Trading, its broker-dealer affiliate, is live as a secondary market for Channel Revenue Tokens — digital securities that represent a share of a YouTube channel's future AdSense revenue.

The product stack splits in two. GigaStar Market, run by GigaStar Portal LLC, sells the tokens in Regulation Crowdfunding offerings. GigaStar Securities LLC, doing business as GigaStar Trading, runs the secondary venue: an SEC-registered digital Alternative Trading System where eligible investors can buy and sell tokens that have cleared the Reg CF holding period. FINRA BrokerCheck lists the firm under CRD 328312 and SEC number 8-71184, approved as a broker-dealer on 8 April 2025, with a stated business line to “operate a digital asset securities ATS.” The report shows no disclosure events and registration across U.S. states and territories under the GigaStar Trading name. Creator Networks Inc. sits above both entities.

The company's PR Newswire release is the source for the operating claims: more than 30,000 investor accounts on GigaStar Market; more than $1.5 million in YouTube revenue distributed to investors; more than 1,000 GigaStar Trading accounts since late July; and more than $100,000 in trading volume cleared on the ATS. Those figures are company-disclosed. They are not audited in the release, and BrokerCheck does not corroborate volume.

Mechanics sit on GigaStar's secondary-trading FAQ. Tokens bought in a primary offering generally cannot trade for 12 months under Reg CF. Tokens bought on the secondary market do not restart that clock. Trading hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern. Revenue rights travel with the token: the holder of record at the open of the first calendar day of the month receives the distribution for the prior month, typically around the 25th. For trading, higher tiers convert into Gold units — one Platinum equals four Gold, one Diamond equals sixteen — without changing the underlying revenue economics. Buyers can pay in USD or USDC. The firm discloses transaction fees in the trading system and states plainly that liquidity is not guaranteed.

What the announcement does not publish: how many channels have tokens eligible to trade, the fee schedule in basis points, average trade size, or how much of the $1.5 million figure is a run-rate versus a cumulative total. The ATS is a regulated rail for a slice of YouTube cash flow. The market still has to show up.
