Billion Dollar Boy Buys a B2B Creator Agency for Multimillions. It Forecasts $100 Million Revenue by 2027.

Billion Dollar Boy Group's first acquisition is an all-cash, multimillion deal for Creator Authority, and the buyer says the combined group will clear $100 million in 2027 revenue.

Billion Dollar Boy Group has bought Creator Authority, a B2B influencer agency, in its first acquisition. The companies told Business Insider's CMO Insider the deal is all-cash and "multimillion-dollar," with an earnout. They declined to disclose a price.

The number they did put on the record is forward revenue. After the purchase, BDB Group said it forecasts 2027 revenue above $100 million. It also said global revenue grew 24% over the past 12 months. Neither figure is independently audited in the reporting, so treat both as company claims. The earnout terms were not published, so how much of that forecast rides on Creator Authority is unknown.

Creator Authority runs contracts, licensing and campaigns for B2B brands. It is an official LinkedIn Marketing Partner. Clients named in the Business Insider piece include Amazon, Adobe and Mastercard. The team is about 15 people in Los Angeles and Austin. BDB cofounder Edward East said headcount is meant to rise to around 30 to 40, partly by moving BDB staff across, with New York and London added. Brendan Gahan, Creator Authority's founder, becomes senior vice president of B2B at Billion Dollar Boy.

The trade paper angle is the channel, not the size of the shop. Consumer creator agencies have been consolidating: Accenture Song bought Whalar, Publicis bought Point d'Orgue, and SAMY made a low-nine-figure purchase of Get Engaged last month. This deal is explicitly B2B, and LinkedIn is the pipe, with marketplace tools for advertisers, BrandLink revenue share on video ads, and more business-creator programming. That is where Creator Authority's partner badge matters.

Deal volume around the category is busy. Quartermast Advisors, which advised Creator Authority on the sale, counted 70 creator-economy M&A transactions in the first half of 2026. That is up 23% year over year and the busiest first half on its record, with agencies making up about 21.4% of deals. That is market context from the seller's adviser, not proof of a B2B wave, and Business Insider did not label its other cited deals as B2B.

Demand evidence in the same piece is thinner. In September, BDB Group commissioned a Censuswide survey of more than 1,000 US and UK marketing decision-makers. It found 20% said they invested in B2B creator marketing in 2026, with higher shares in architecture, engineering and building (33%), manufacturing and utilities (24%), and retail, catering and leisure (23%). A buyer-paid snapshot shows a level, not a trend.

East called B2B creator marketing "one of the most significant growth opportunities in this space." Gahan compared it to "YouTube in 2010." Those are buyer and seller quotes on their own deal. The facts that clear Posthype's bar are narrower: a multimillion all-cash deal with an earnout, a roughly 15-person LinkedIn-partner shop scaling toward 30 to 40 people across four cities, and a company forecast that next year's revenue clears $100 million.
