Bethenny Frankel Says Brand Deals Alone Top $20 Million. Now She's Building Bethenny Media Around Equity.

Bethenny Frankel is folding BB Endeavors into Bethenny Media, a company spanning content, brands, commerce and equity, after saying brand deals alone already clear $20 million a year.

Bethenny Frankel is putting a company name on the model she has been running in public: TikTok reviews that move product, brand deals she says clear eight figures, and equity where she can get it.

According to LinkedIn posts reported by The Hollywood Reporter on 13 October, she is finalizing Bethenny Media, described as a "fully integrated media, content, brand and commerce company" and an evolution of BB Endeavors. "Bethenny Media is the direct-to-consumer entertainment model I've been building toward for years: lean, fast, creative and commercial — connecting content, commerce, brands and equity in one place," she wrote.

The money claim that frames the launch is older and still hers to prove. On the 19 May episode of Emma Grede's Aspire podcast, Frankel said brand deals alone were "tens of millions of dollars," adding: "not including my other businesses, my real estate, my licensing. We're talking, like, $20-plus million." US Weekly published the quote the next day. Those figures are her claim on a podcast, not an audited disclosure. THR still used them as the yardstick for why brands keep showing up: she counts 3.4 million TikTok followers and has made a lane out of unscripted product reviews.

Bethenny Media is already staffing like an operator shop, not a personal brand wrapper. Carina Titone is chief operating officer. She previously ran licensing and partnerships as a VP at Reese Witherspoon's Hello Sunshine and, per LinkedIn as cited by THR, has been with Frankel since February. Larissa Bachman joins as brand and creative director after nearly five years as creative director at Conair. Titone said the wider bench includes people who have worked around Shaquille O'Neal, Drew Barrymore, Jennifer Lopez, Sofia Vergara, Kevin Hart, CAA, Authentic Brands Group, People and Barstool Sports. "The model is simple: create attention, turn attention into commerce, and turn commerce into ownership and long-term enterprise value," she wrote.

Frankel's own word for the work is "advertainment": everything from the idea to the partnership structure to content and distribution under one roof, for large brands and for other creators. She also said the infrastructure is meant to power "a growing equity and advisory business" across consumer products, technology and professional sports. Among the in-house brands is Supermodel, which started as a viral "supermodel snacks" bit, moved into a café pop-up, and is now aimed at licensing, retail, food, beauty, fashion and experiential. It is the Skinnygirl licensing playbook applied to a new name. The Core, an exclusive dating membership, sits under the same banner.

What she has not disclosed matters as much as what she has. There is no valuation for Bethenny Media, no outside round, and no client roster with dollar figures attached to the new entity. The $20-plus million line remains a May podcast claim about brand-deal income, not a Bethenny Media P&L. The news today is structural: a TikTok reviewer with a Housewives résumé is formalizing content, commerce and equity as one company, with Hello Sunshine and Conair hires on the org chart.
